Jeff Urbanski is originally from Pennsylvania but moved to San Diego in 2016 and has been a hair stylist for 13 years now.  While in Pennsylvania Jeff took classes in New York City on color, cutting and balayage application, and learned a more modern and contemporary perm look by an artist named Nick Arrojo called the “American Beach Wave”.  Jeff does haircuts, color, color correction, extensions, perms and balayage for both women and men. Jeff’s main goal is to make his clients leave confident, happy and with a smile on their face.
